India Gate  
Day 01: ARRIVE DELHI
Arrive Delhi. Delhi is the city waiting to be explored, so enjoy!. Meet greet and transfer to the hotel. OVERNIGHT AT THE HOTEL.

Day 02: DELHI
Breakfast at the Hotel. Morning sightseeing tour of Old Delhi visiting The Jama Mosque built in 1650 AD after which you will take a rickshaw ride through the fabled Chandni Chowk (Moonlight square) which is the main area of the old city. Also visit the breathtaking Red Fort (1639-48) built by the builder of The Taj Mahal - Shah Jehan, which is famous for its delicately carved inlaid and Royal chambers. Then we proceed on to Raj Ghat - where the father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi was cremated (1948 AD), Feroze Shah Kotla (1345 AD) - ruins of the oldest fortress and also the Ashoka pillar (300 BC). Afternoon sightseeing tour of New Delhi, visiting Humayun's Tomb (1565 AD), aptly called the predecessor of The Taj Mahal. Drive past Safdarjang's Tomb (1753 AD), the Qutab Minar 72 meters high and one of the most perfect towers of the Persian world. Nearby amidst the ruins of Quwat-ul-Islam mosque stands the Iron pillar which, has stood the vagaries of weather and has not rusted over 1500 years. The drive through New Delhi includes the Embassy area (Diplomatic enclave), Government buildings (1921-30 AD) and Birla (Laxmi Narayan) temple (1938 AD) and Connaught Place, New Delhi's main shopping area. Day 03: DELHI-AGRA
Breakfast at the Hotel. Morning drive from Delhi to Agra (205 Kms 5 Hrs) Agra - The ancient city once the capital of Mughal, depicting a gorgeous panorama of majestic architectural creations and a rich tradition of art and culture. Housing one of seven wonder's of the World, the marble symphony of Shah Jahan "The Taj Mahal". Discover the dazzling creations of their craftsmen in other architectural marvels in Agra, the quintessential Mughal city. Arrive Agra and check-in at Hotel rest of the day at leisure. Day 04: AGRA
Breakfast at the Hotel. Morning sightseeing tour for today will start with a visit to the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah "a jewel box in a marble". The tomb is painted with floral decorations and fine marble screens of geometric latticework suffuse the interior in a soft light. After visiting the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah, we will visit the Taj Mahal (Friday closed) - one of the Seven Wonders of the World built by Emperor Shah Jehan in memory of his beloved consort Mumtaz Mahal. Also visit one of the important architectural monuments in Agra - The Agra Fort built by Emperor Akbar, the maze of courtyards; mosques and private chambers of the fort echo the story of the Mughal Empire.  Fatehpursikri
Day 05: AGRA-JAIPUR
Breakfast at the Hotel. After breakfast, you will drive from AGRA to Jaipur (221 kms/6 hours) enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri. This deserted, red sandstone city, built by Emperor Akbar, between 1570 and 1585, now glows in its magnificent past. Also visit the Bulund Darwaza (The Gate of Victory), set in the south wall. In the northern part of the courtyard is the superb white marble tomb of Shaik Salim Chishti, built in 1570. Arrive Jaipur and Check-in at the Hotel Rest of the day at leisure. Jaipur  
Day 06: JAIPUR
Breakfast at the Hotel. After breakfast, you will enjoy an excursion to Amer Fort 12 kms outside Jaipur. Also stop by for a Photo session of HAWA MAHAL(PALACE OF WINDS) Afternoon you tour the walled city of Jaipur a shopper's paradise famous for handicrafts, jewellery and list goes on……. You also visit the unique Jantar Mantar magnificent stone observatory built by Raja Jai Singh in 1728. The Hawa Mahal, the intriguing "Palace of Winds" is really a facade built in 1799, to allow royal ladies to view the city from the windows. Visit the City Palace, former royal residence built in a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal style and its museums an excellent collection of miniature paintings, costumes and armoury.  Bikaner
Day 07: JAIPUR-BIKANER
Breakfast At the Hotel. Drive from Jaipur to Bikaner (270 kms 7 hrs) Arrive Bikaner and Check-in at the HOTEL Arrive Bikaner & visit Bikaner- Founded in 1488 by Rao Bikaji, this desert town of Bikaner in the north of the state of Rajasthan is an interesting place to visit. Visit the Junagarh Fort constructed between 1588 and 1593 by Raja Jai Singh, a general in the Moghul Emperor Akbar's army. OVERNIGHT AT THE HOTEL.

Day 08: BIKANER-JAISALMER
Breakfast at the Hotel. Morning drive from Bikaner to Jaisalmer (333 kms/7 hrs). On arrival check-in at HOTEL. OVERNIGHT AT THE HOTEL.

Day 09: JAISALMER
Breakfast at the Hotel. Morning, sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer. It is in the heart of the Great Indian Desert. Its temples, forts and palaces are all built of yellow stone. The city is a mass of intricately carved buildings, facades and elaborate balconies. See the Patwon-Ki-Havelies, Salim-Singh-Ki-Haveli and Gadi Sagar Tank and Museum.Afternoon excursion to Khuri. Khuri is a village 40 kms south west of Jaisalmer, out in the desert, in the touchy area near the Pakistan border. It is a delightfully peaceful place with houses of mud and straw decorated like the patterns on Persian carpets - Take a camel ride on the sand dunes to view the sun set. OVERNIGHT AT THE HOTEL.

 Jodhpur
Day 10: JAISALMER-JODHPUR
Breakfast at the Hotel. Drive from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur. (308 kms/7 hrs)On arrival check-in at HOTEL. OVERNIGHT AT THE HOTEL.

Day 11: JODHPUR
Breakfast at the Hotel. Morning sightseeing tour of Jodhpur - the gateway to the desert beyond and home of the Rathors of Marwa. Visit the Fort, rising up a hilly scrap, built on the advice of a hermit, which overlooks the city. Inside the Fort are a number of palaces, which have been added by a set of successive rulers. Also visit Mandore Gardens - the ancient capital of the State of Marwar. Afternoon at leisure OPTIONAL. Afternoon drive to a Bishnoi Village in Jeep and witness the simple but colorful living of the Rajasthani people living in the village. You will see thatched huts and homes and men wearing colorful turbans (head gear) and women in bright outfits working in their homes and fields with their Cattles. You will also see the temples and other places of worship. Enjoy a Short Camel Safari/Camel Cart Safari. OVERNIGHT AT THE HOTEL.

Ranakpur  
Day 12: JODHPUR-UDAIPUR
Breakfast at the Hotel. Morning drive to Udaipur (259 kms/6 hrs), enroute visiting Ranakpur. Visit the famous Jain Temple, dating back to the 15th century. Its 29 halls are supported by 200 pillars, none of which are alike. The Temple abounds with intricate friezes and sculptures. This tour includes visits to two more Jain temples and to the Temple of the Sun God, with its erotic sculptures. Continue your drive and upon arrival at Udaipur check- in at: HOTEL.  Udaipur
Day 13: UDAIPUR
Breakfast at the Hotel. Morning, sightseeing tour of Udaipur. This is possibly the most romantic city in Rajasthan. There would be no doubt as to why it is called "The Venice of the East". Maharana Udai Singh founded the city in 1568. Udaipur is full of palaces, temples and havelis, ranging from the modest to the extravagant. Begin the tour with a visit to the City Palace. At this palace complex, you will marvel at the rooms with mirrored walls and ivory doors, colored glass windows, inlaid marble balconies and the peacock courtyard. Also visit the lovely Sahelion-ki-Bari gardens, the Jagdish temple and the local folk museum.Afternoon, we enjoy a motor launch cruise on the placid waters of Lake Pichola. One would get an interesting view of the Dhobi (laundry) ghats. Also visit the Jag Mandir Palace - a lovely island palace in the middle of the lake. OVERNIGHT AT THE HOTEL.

Udaipur  
Day 14: UDAIPUR-DELHI
Breakfast at the Hotel. Transfer from hotel to the airport in time for:

Day 03: DELHI-BHARATPUR
Drive from Delhi to Bharatpur (250 kms/6 hours). On arrival check-in at: HOTEL.Afternoon bird watching.Bharatpur (Ghana), once the former hunting preserve of the royal family of Bharatpur, the sanctuary is now home to storks and nearly every other kind of bird imaginable. You'll see more than 250 different species nesting on the tops of trees and along the roadside, as well as snakes, lizards, exotic fish and monkeys. Lucky visitors can spot the rare Siberian Crane that migrates to this preserve annually. Also found are chital, black buck, deer and other varieties of animals. OVERNIGHT AT THE HOTEL.

Day 04: BHARATPUR-AGRA
Drive from Bharatpur to Agra (56 kms/1.5 hours) enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri. This deserted, red sandstone city, built by Emperor Akbar, now glows in its magnificent past. Day 05: AGRA-GWALIOR
Drive from Agra to Gwalior (118 kms/3 hours). On arrival check-in at: HOTEL.Afternoon, the sightseeing tour of Gwalior includes visit to the great Fort, one of the oldest in India, situated on an isolated hill of sandstone, 300 ft above the plain. Visit Man Mandir, a six towered palace which forms the eastern wall of the Fort and is one of the classic sights of India. Proceed to Gujari Mahal, a turreted palace of stone and now an archaeological museum. A few kilometers away is the tomb of Mohammed Ghaus, a Muslim saint worshipped by the Mughals, as well as the tomb of the famous musician Tansen. OVERNIGHT AT THE HOTEL.

Day 06: GWALIOR-KHAJURAHO

Morning, sightseeing tour of the famous Chandela Dynasty Temples which are set in a lovely grassy park. These temples are really amazing - rising in many peaks and spirals, intricately carved and designed with statues and friezes. These temples are also known for their renowned erotic carvings. Afternoon drive from Khajuraho to Orcha (170 kms/4 hours). On arrival check-in at: HOTEL.Later visit Orcha. Amongst the various imposing edifices, of particular interest are the Jehangiri Mahal, built by Raja Bir Singh Deo to commemorate the visit of the Moghul Emperor Jehangir, the Raj Mahal and the Laxminarayan temple, both noted for their fine frescoes and mural paintings. Day 08: ORCHA-JHANSI-BHOPAL

The form of the four gateways guarding the stupa is derived from bamboo fences. Day 09: BHOPAL
Morning excursion to Bhimbetka Caves and Bhojpur temple.The village of Bhimbetka is surrounded by the northern range of Vindhya Mountains. Afternoon, sightseeing tour of Bhopal. Half hidden among mountains and nestling in rich foliage, Bhopal lies in the heart of Malwa and is the capital of the state of Madhya Pradesh. Outstanding features of Bhopal are its two picturesque lakes. The sunset on the lakes and a view of the festive city lights from the two high points of Idgah and Shamla are a must for every tourist. Drive from Jalgaon to Aurangabad (400 KMS/9-10 HOURS) enroute visiting Ellora Caves: Visit the extraordinary cave temples of Ellora (MONDAY CLOSED) which are about 30 kms from Aurangabad. The sculptures are remarkable and the main feature of interest is the Kailasa Temple. Chronologically, the Ellora caves start where the Ajanta caves finish. In all there 34 caves at Ellora: 12 Buddhist, 17 Hindu & 5 Jain. On arrival check-in at: HOTEL. OVERNIGHT AT THE HOTEL.

Day 15: AURANGABAD - BOMBAY
Full day excursion to Ajanta (MONDAY CLOSED). Ajanta Caves: You will visit most of the thirty temples, which have been carved out of a cliff by Buddhist monks between the 2nd century BC and 7th century AD. Although the Ajanta paintings are particularly notable, there are many interesting sculptures as well. Many of the caves are dark, and without a light, the paintings are hard to see.
